Mercy Garriga is an artist and activist from Chicago, IL. She received her B.A. in Race & Ethnic Studies and received a Distinction in Studio Arts for her work in photography and design from St. Olaf College. Her research in critical race theory features visual components to attract unsuspecting viewers to the issues of racism in the United States. Mercy's work has been featured in Dwell Magazine and various galleries across the Twin Cities.
